SNC - The final decision

Hi Guys,

Here is the final decision of the incident of SNC:

My dear fellows,

Eric Gloster didn't make any racial comments during the incident which has been proved by SNC HR after taking a serious investigation. It was addressed by the head of HR that SNC could not tolerate any racial nature in a meeting in our project. The resource of this racial comment is made up by one of the witness, who has been invited to leave the company one hour ago. Eric Gloster will be move to other job.

I think SNC has taken a very serious way to deal with this issue. Jeff Yuan is satisfied to the final conclusion, me as well.

Another thing I would like to mention here that Eric Gloster do apologized to me for what he has done, he said he regrets and feel sorry for his behavior. He never made such a comment to offend a group of people.
I think his apology is honest.

Also I would like to say thanks to all of you for your full support.

the silly Mr. Gloster is just changing to another job....and the witness has been invited to leave the company? for his lying? that's a little bit ridiculous.
It is a good news after all, not as good as we expected though.

A good news? You kidding! Who will volunteer to witness if anything happen to a Chinese in SNC again? No way! You Chinese just bended to pressure and sold out a person who has been supporting you for your own benefits. What a shame!

witness被认为是made up, 于是被invited to leave this company.

-------------整个是个total loss.

that's a total falure for this lawsuit. how could you guys think it is a good news???????????????????
