·         Engineering 480V to 38kV switchgear

) m) C3 a3 F* `5 ^3 W·         Engineering 2.4kV to 7.2kV Motor Control Centres including softstarters and autotransformer starters

; g9 r, W" h* U0 r·         Engineering fully integrated electrical buildings

·         Reviewing vendor drawings
( ?' r, V/ X, D
7 X6 ~) Y, ?0 }·         Analyze customer drawings, specification and engineering notes in order to create a design that meets the customer’s needs.

; v. z4 j4 f, O; J' q·         Create a scope of work by identifying the company’s agreed to obligation.

·         Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

·         Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

·         Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

·         Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project and the company.

·         BSc in Electrical Engineering

+ u, V% q$ R7 Z$ F$ j; [/ s! Q·         Registered with APEGGA as an Engineer in Training
% B1 q* A4 v' J$ _+ l: @
·         Attention to detail is a must

2 e+ w! d) G8 g2 A·         Experience using AutoCAD is an asset

' `: k3 [' {+ w·         Experience with Microsoft Office is an asset

·         Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

·         Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

! W  P+ _. i/ k2 z" a0 }·         Ability to manage the engineering of multiple projects simultaneously

·         Strong written and oral communication skills.

Work Conditions

+ D& L4 p; Y3 i6 E. ^1 g: P" TOvertime may be required to meet project deadlines.

; R3 M2 p+ P  b# ]2 M4 ySome travel may be required for the purpose of meeting with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel/management.
