Responsibilities:

! Y0 K/ E4 i& d6 Y0 G* L( l8 N3 m1 L% [Work under the direction of the Geomechanics and Gridding Team Lead to implement new and maintain existing geomechanics functionality.
6 Z2 q2 q% w! @/ \$ f* n! i9 H5 ]Work with User Experience, Quality Assurance, and other resources in integrated development teams to ensure new geomechanics functionality is available to users appropriately.
" C0 t. L9 e/ `& Y$ m8 G Follow established team software development procedures for design, coding, testing and other activities.
' T7 X, T$ T0 G' j" WStay current on new technologies as they relate to Geomechanics development.

/ _- W' d/ G; u- L" hQualifications:
, _1 w: U$ A6 S7 h% R$ f, G
; a/ M1 f: ?" d. @ Familiarity with deformation and failure of porous media.
Experience in the petroleum industry
7 G. _& }3 {( H5 M2 b- m$ nExperience programming in C# or C++.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Good organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Education:
, v2 F: f" i' ~, Z8 H) S
# D1 |6 a0 y# F" U2 d' ^2 z8 }0 i& U A doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Biophysics, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or other applicable degree
Experience:

7 w8 @: t. F: K, |5 y At least 3 year of related experience (salary commensurate with experience)
( G' Y2 L$ [" [1 k0 |" @ All levels of experience will be considered

刚跟朋友联系了一下，这个公司的研发人员，多数是博士，硕士。工作稳定，工资每年涨幅至少7%，奖金10%，给7%的rrsp，期权2500股，或更多，看个人表现。时间很弹性，属于研发机构。

! y9 Q* {- g6 H: D& D这个公司是以石油为背景的油藏数模软件公司，业内人士一看变知，其他我不多说了，有兴趣的联系我。
