To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.: b: w: u2 l2 c1 b3 |: |+ |# Z% b
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;2 r! w A |. a! e; M' Y- W* ]
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;2 Z4 _5 \" S- e: M) ~& q
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;) s1 P: A& c6 o) N
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.* x( m% N8 Y4 r! W. _
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

• Participate in trade shows;
