To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

4 i* S5 E7 B- E5 D• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.
W" N; R5 B0 X E( v• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;- ]3 J2 x+ `, k+ ~% x& }# i
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;7 l: F& z: c; M H$ c' w! j6 G0 X
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;, G/ T5 ?- p/ ^0 o) Y6 M
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.( E3 F1 l$ p3 o9 _2 \/ }- M
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;1 Y' o7 f7 K) r/ R1 a6 {8 E

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
