Job Description:
* X, h* K5 q( {* jTo acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy., B5 K; y. ?5 U9 L" T c
" ~5 P7 H- ~7 B; A5 ]• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.

• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;! }7 R2 Y; O7 M
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;
" B8 Q# H. z% u& o: j# o- G8 R• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.# t+ _3 m! K/ }% u. a
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property, y! x. s& T: G B4 z
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
! _* J M! _5 q6 \. I# _3 a5 Y9 |• Ability to lead and develop; }; a2 l: Y( ?7 P7 ~! Q
• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
