To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Solicit new business: Locally Negotiated, leisure, association, tours, sports, group markets and incentive travel through planned personal calls, mail outs and telephone solicitations.8 j* L: ^; K* W
• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;2 {8 r N, _ C/ s2 p( K
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;! O- I# s' d, q* g8 q: @' e4 k
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;0 Z2 q& j9 O! \; g8 h! s
