• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;2 B& l; p0 U2 F0 `* M, k+ i
• Execute individual travel bookings, group bookings, small meetings and catering business;/ c1 T/ s7 u( V* B( y# E
• Provide professional leadership to the sales team with a strong focus on achieving budgeted revenues;8 h" Q0 m Y/ i$ C! i3 k
• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.8 u7 E6 L8 ?$ N0 ?
• As part of the hotel's sales team, assist in the creation, planning and organization of any in-house promotional efforts of the hotel;# ^" ?4 f9 ]% ~9 \. J
• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

•1-2 year of Sales or Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property% r3 ]7 V8 C# L, n# Y
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;

• Background in the development & execution of business, marketing and sales plans and operating budgets;
