7 H( H6 A. T. x4 O5 f•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues." A) s5 J, r2 o* V9 Q* Y
•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
, r% i0 ?9 ?* ^% \% _& T•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
8 c6 m; O8 ^) g/ U/ [4 X: \; d1 c& V0 Q•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
( E4 ?: F3 E; K& g6 l•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
  i: g8 g3 Q9 [3 _- g2 F•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
! D8 S3 Z! F: h# ?4 K4 B' D) V! p•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
( |: K& v0 c/ C( t; o•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.5 ^0 r/ M3 h! i* ~
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
% [% u1 Q$ O1 T" u•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
. U( o) O+ c: Z  q' w- I* F6 C•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed. + u. |# k' r% a
•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service.
! l9 I# [" P* M/ O3 e1 t•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.! a$ A" ~& M5 U2 [" |0 R
•        Attend Cluster meetings. # ]% L2 n$ J% q/ o8 D7 ?" H
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.
+ e+ N& z& d$ ^  P3 W•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department # B" k1 v/ K( D3 ], p
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
" A  |) y8 O  m5 ^1 l  x•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
; L* @6 @$ A) o+ @% Z% f  Q$ q•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ! n, \; e% u+ n

Requirements:
% Z/ c5 J" u. j•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property
9 Y0 g" [* |! P1 R* t3 a7 l% l• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;6 B$ k" v$ o7 s6 M1 P1 P
• Ability to lead and develop;
  j) |% s( i# C8 g; x9 i: n/ ?/ C• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;5 A8 s4 i7 ~6 l; b& p
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;2 x* F* i% ~1 t- d- j
• Ability to work within deadlines;
+ r$ v$ g: i. m# u8 w! ?& x7 m• High level of creativity and innovation;
4 v! v( p" Y  ^! s  ]3 {• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;! q, a! }3 ~- Z/ l  n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
