由年龄增长引起的玻璃体混浊基本上都是手术. 药物很少有帮助的. 如果不是老龄, 就必须看得病的原因, 是否跟高血压有关, 是否是细菌感染或者真菌感染引起.

如果是感染引起的, 有如下几个药物治疗的方法: (从网上找来的可信度不明, 最好还是看医生去吧, 与其在论坛上问不如问问这边的医生)

① dexamethasone: the drug of choice, the fornix conjunctival injection, 5mg each time while using gentamicin 20mg, dissolved in water for injection 1ml, lower conjunctival fornix bet clock, day 1, continuous 3 - 4 times.% W' E8 m6 x3 I6 I9 ~& X
② 0.5% gentamicin eye drops: drops, 1 hour, plus 0.1% dexamethasone eye drops, eye drops 1 hour time.% l+ }) ^( e- V8 P
③ systemic administration: early use of gentamicin 0.12g and dexamethasone 10mg 500ml 5% glucose injection, intravenous infusion, day 1 - 2 times ., Z0 K: ~' ~7 F! {+ k, m
# { _% s; w/ W: l0 O! M(2) fungal infection:& ~$ W$ O* G/ T8 H/ K8 f1 Z4 n! o
① amphotericin Bz first medication per body weight 0.05-k8 0.1mg, dissolved in 500ml 5% glucose injection, the intravenous infusion of 3-6 hours, day 1. Increasing body weight per k8 each medication 0.1mg, 1mg drug per kg body weight up to date, the total does not exceed 2g.+ o6 ^- s' h" S
② 0.2% -0.5% amphotericin B eye drops: drops every 2 hours 1.
