city的停车罚单早就涨价。可以找寻各种理由申诉打掉罚单，如果理由足够的话。如果现在不交罚款的话，以后车子驾照更新时，还是要交的。

•A 'final notice' is mailed to the registered owner of the vehicle if the voluntary payment is not made by the due date
