1. To establish the scope of practice for trades.

0 c( p. I& I4 @& g5. To issue certificates of qualification and statements of membership to members of the College and renew, amend, suspend, cancel, revoke or reinstate those certificates and statements as appropriate.

6. To promote the practice of trades.

7. To establish apprenticeship programs and other training programs for trades including training standards, curriculum standards and examinations.

10. To determine whether a trade should have compulsory certification status. E( n* b y% n% C

11. To receive and investigate complaints against members of the College and to deal with issues of discipline, misconduct, incompetency and incapacity.# U0 a! y4 o* r: S+ g7 |1 |; \

12. To address compliance issues in respect of matters within the jurisdiction of the College.

16. To perform such additional functions as may be prescribed by a Lieutenant Governor’s regulation. 2009, c. 22, s. 11 (1).
