$ R" I2 J- @1 l) c; B& J    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
( S- ^- R( ^7 e8 ]$ E4 Y    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
3 H6 E4 {" {0 W# l    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
% L: i/ a5 X0 W0 y; T* W$ ^    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
7 |* D) j6 V; W- x  |    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Senior Estimator
0 {# P' d7 _, G, k职位介绍：
4 n$ X* F  w0 O- i, F7 X. Q- Q    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
9 o+ l' _# d: x; f+ U1 E    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
2 n. R& a' {. m$ v9 k, |    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
; C3 c& J, G6 h9 D2 K    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
8 K& n, V% v+ m7 h5 p: I& P* ]5 _    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
0 `4 f, w" z/ `# `9 x; _    Weekly estimating progress reports；
$ a" a. ?4 e9 Q    Assemble final bid packages；

8 z/ J0 H0 C4 n$ j    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
    Field and site experience an asset；
% C* a6 n; X3 f    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
9 U) D4 P3 g* C! J2 r$ A8 ^    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
0 Y% X7 }; x# X4 U! i' a. G    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
3 W5 Z! p( j, U7 V; g/ j    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
8 K$ o$ A8 j( d; S+ X! m    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications

薪金概况：
     Salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually with bonus potential+paid benefits packages
