    Adhere to and utilize HACCP regulations, safety policies and company policies and procedures ；
2 T. e; V. ^8 X; F    Performing pre-operational inspections and repairs necessary ；
' |0 }4 @9 @* Z9 a1 n, R) W    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
7 d  ^6 e2 r. s. J8 b    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；

职位要求：
    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
# V% F+ C# ~6 C    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
1 Q# q7 X9 _2 Y6 F2 ?" G    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
( s0 Y4 ~5 I: p& ]' A, w5 K    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
' e* u: h, R# A! E" n0 i    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
9 e7 G  [7 ]9 ?    Weekly estimating progress reports；
    Assemble final bid packages；
    Other ad hoc duties

6 b) U: L' V  A1 f7 L" ~9 W4 i. x    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
; A) g4 y1 t- x/ T2 @/ k" L    Field and site experience an asset；
    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
# [2 U* a9 P" E! x- \8 H    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
% k3 C& U+ D2 D* V    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
/ X/ y; f4 R! g6 A, i, H    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
