    Preventative maintenance and repairs of production equipment；
    Complete work order request and part request forms for Maintenance Deaprtment；
    Other ad hoc duties

    2 years mechanic or apprentice performing repairs experience in a production setting/manufacturing environment；
    Hands on experience in mechanical/welding role and ability to use manual/power tools；
/ z  H" v( A8 J& t    Must be able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

职位介绍：
* j' Q+ B8 |4 ?1 M    Reporting directly to the Senior Projects Manager；
    All aspects of estimating and developing strategies (such as: markup/profitability and risk analysis)；
    Conduct cost analysis and detailed comprehensive estimate review packages (including thorough break-down of labour, equipment, materials, etc...)；
( j! C  ]0 P" ?: R    Develop strong business relationships during pre and post-tender process with customers, contractors and suppliers.；
    Adhere to company management systems, policies, procedures and values；
* D! e  F0 b9 U6 D6 S    Manage, lead, train and mentor team of estimators in accordance with company estimating procedures and values；
- Q$ s  a; y8 }+ U8 \0 N" _    Conduct performance reviews with direct reports；
: h- [. l! X+ o" K: @' S    Weekly estimating progress reports；
( o0 C! ]6 |/ J) H( _) d  V4 m    Assemble final bid packages；
. Y4 {( F7 h: E7 g1 e& e2 i: t6 x    Other ad hoc duties

职位要求：
% K7 _7 O+ v* L$ |8 T$ z, }    7+ years estimating experience in pipe fabrication in the Oil & Gas industry or heavy industrial construction and maintenance projects；
5 b* b: i0 @" |  Q    Field and site experience an asset；
  e3 X/ p& I* K    Thorough knowledge and understanding in piping and isometric drawings and blueprints；
! S3 v/ N& V- v    Strong problem identification and resolution skills；
( g- V$ w# J- C5 R( m    Strong management/leaderships skills in a previous supervisory role；
2 a6 S$ p6 o2 j# v    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills；
    Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and act with a sense of urgency；
    Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills and the ability to work with all levels of management；
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional products and other data base applications
