新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
0 J+ m& u- N0 Q成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
, n! N% P# i+ a% Z; }; Y; x3 F但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
