新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
( I1 F0 I* G, {3 f, I* \# ^成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
7 B3 v" A, M) t. G7 t但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
& @0 w% S2 k# M5 P1 y我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
而且需要办什么新的吗？
不太明白
求指导
