关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

* W' ^5 s" r* a. O# M: `In many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

0 y5 p4 ^9 [/ ~$ mNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).
. S3 ]) F" {+ q6 J
For new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.

% }9 ~- O- H1 W9 u! BNew homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.

这边没有这个东西吧？好像就一个5000的Tax Credit
