关于新房GSTREBATE ，有没有新房的价钱限制，还有必须是第一套房吗？

In many cases, purchasers may be eligible to claim a GST Rebate for a portion of the GST they pay on the purchase price or cost of building a new home.

) _3 j/ p7 x" a& F. NNew home buyers can apply for a 36% rebate of the 5% GST applicable to the purchase price to a maximum of $6,300 for homes costing $350,000 or less (before GST).

% X6 a# r' o2 A4 h2 X$ [% \9 O' MFor new homes priced between $350,000 and $450,000 (before GST), the GST Rebate is reduced proportionately.
- [) m4 r2 [3 a# R& m1 ~4 U- i
7 V! ~8 D/ H+ I  Q8 }New homes priced $450,000 or higher (before GST) are not eligible to receive a GST Rebate.
