As I understand the flowchart, you should submit your transcript if "you completed a secondary or post -secondary program, in French or in English, in Canada or abroad."

If you did not complete your high school here but came together with your parents (you are Not a skilled worker immigrant yourself.), I guess the only way you could meet the language requirement is to either take the third party language test again or wait until you finish your college program. |
