请教：门前树下的一圈石子怎么铺？

去年才买的房，今年门前树下的那一圈石子上已经有很多草长了出来。
/ S1 L' Y/ `  `8 I; L/ @. }5 e$ I我想要把石子重新铺一下，不知道需要注意些什么呢？

是不是这些步骤？
把石子移走
" u# n/ B( Y4 ~把下面的landscaping fabric移走
/ m: J, z6 w) Q皮圈里面的草拔掉
6 G+ l' p) |7 R; ]8 o(需不需要在剩下的土上喷一下除草剂呀？会不会连树一起给灭了呢？)
; K0 A( J9 k5 f' W* x铺新的landscaping fabric
. i* x9 K' Z& V5 |再把石子铺回去
; P( A0 O! L) W4 Z
还有就是这项工程英文叫什么？我也好去youtube搜搜看有没有教程。

底下铺一些碎木头或树皮，草就不长了。上面在放上石子。
