• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales.

• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.

• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year., v" e& A& O0 ?) {8 V

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

( @/ F! q8 h6 ~2 @8 O• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.; b2 P- d$ U- [' \; K5 J

Job Qualifications
' I4 X; g; l+ g9 G• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

' v0 Y/ q8 X5 G9 V3 [5 u4 S' Z: L) @• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

+ Y* R1 [ Y2 F; Q• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

$ n9 k1 ]! t; G7 R: W2 u• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

- i; w! i- T& Z; t9 C• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.) K( k2 Q7 w* s. f# a+ N+ K: k; r# X3 \

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
