西区HAMPTONS西南靠近LESSARD ROAD NW西头的那个小山头，原先规划是教堂，最近大面积在施工，山头已被铲平，不知那片地是用来盖house还是商业建筑的？就是图片里红线范围内 谢谢！

It's partly medium density residential (likely a 4 level apartment). Plus a "Urban Service" lot. You need to call the city to find out the exact use. The "white area" is likely to be single houses.
