Position Summary:
- \# F, l* G' J6 L$ _5 ZTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required." J" [% r. S5 I, y1 w, L' H

Primary Objective/Duties of position:- h/ n6 b- R" ]% I r) v
) b3 z5 J2 f" ?' E% q$ R, m
Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals4 T; e1 Q$ |* F8 p- L
Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business* E6 }8 N9 Z, R& [3 S. K' n) B! z
Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
& T. t) O2 @& b3 W/ L/ r3 e! a Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
( W! x# s6 C/ W& C Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals2 O+ s5 b! _$ n; X1 D0 ^* @
Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes3 f" z& B# x0 t" N, e0 O( ]0 r5 x
Actively participate in training initiatives

9 J: U- H2 l; w3 Y% N2 A9 nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

+ F1 `5 B3 g' K2 {& S- ? High School and or Post Secondary Education( S, H1 T$ H/ K3 Z) A
Previous customer service experience
! a5 d ]) K, R9 c+ j Previous sales experience an asset/ K( B. ~- j) ~1 P# h" r
General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
6 y; ^3 x" [- N, U- K$ _ Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
: l7 Y& ?& c% Y& s4 n Strong analytical and organizational skills* C# G% [( @3 K( L+ V* O% N m
Excellent verbal and written communication skills( Y9 I O6 U8 b: W0 _
Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
