Position Summary:
- \# F, l* G' J6 L$ _5 ZTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:

    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
& T. t) O2 @& b3 W/ L/ r3 e! a    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
( W! x# s6 C/ W& C    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
    Actively participate in training initiatives

9 J: U- H2 l; w3 Y% N2 A9 nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

+ F1 `5 B3 g' K2 {& S- ?    High School and or Post Secondary Education
    Previous customer service experience
! a5 d  ]) K, R9 c+ j    Previous sales experience an asset
    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
6 y; ^3 x" [- N, U- K$ _    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
: l7 Y& ?& c% Y& s4 n    Strong analytical and organizational skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
