$ X1 u. U2 b3 H/ L/ l6 TTo provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

Primary Objective/Duties of position:; o( v, o0 @! t8 b8 K0 h
* r: m( E% C3 I6 v Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
* H6 `- Q# P) q8 C( P Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
( [) ?) P8 F j9 ~2 c Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
: k2 k# S' \% X" y V8 N$ k Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
+ b! `: e9 F( X. s2 T# S Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals; n/ [' L# S% Q$ A+ ]
Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes7 a# N. o7 p$ j8 _" T) A
Actively participate in training initiatives

+ f( [4 o9 ?# O4 d$ B High School and or Post Secondary Education
. O7 L- t+ W/ \: f- G" a Previous customer service experience
4 i' V3 O( ?) [; y, L Previous sales experience an asset
$ C9 K( ^: [6 W General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
, a# K/ @- E$ q6 J5 @' J1 n Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully1 R: w+ G$ i0 M8 O& `) u9 q
Strong analytical and organizational skills
