(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By
+ o; D0 y/ U ~1 O9 D# aattending both Orientation and MUGs, you will receive a great deal of ) }! d% Q1 i, h+ {. y! G$ ~0 ^
information that will make your transition to the University community ' u3 \1 ?: V) S8 Y" X4 h( F @

' U0 _& U6 n$ Cto find your check in location all by yourself, there will be hundreds

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth " p& Y; j" D8 n# Z
of directional information.

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
( p/ p1 ~: _6 q/ Bactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
i6 ]: ]- X" l% V; y# _( s; Na variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
6 R p) r, t0 S( I1 Levening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in D; I; d" Q c) i+ {7 P+ ^
Hawrelak Park.

You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on # Y7 ]+ T9 l& h% G6 Z. U
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
3 ~" q% _" W+ S( _! |to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from
4 ?9 I. O Y/ Xyour faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
, M, M" u }8 R" N6 A" r8 W! AONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
8 C5 s% B, l$ L9 N5 ayour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece " {" m) m L% b2 I# G+ D2 f, h; p
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus : l: A7 O! o) G# Z+ Z0 E+ q
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
2 f* X$ S, h8 N8 s1 XInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and + S% G& z% ~. m5 ?
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the
