因为对方是挂在MLS上卖的，所以买方得有Realtor。请楼主不要胡乱猜测，我们不想雇卖方Realtor来做我们的代理。

$ O. r/ a/ f" s. w4 R4 k4 iFirst thing first, see your lawyer and he (not anyone from this forum can do better) will have all the professional advice for you.
1 {1 X* f3 Q8 s9 Z& S7 m$ W7 o9 g. pTalk to your lawyer about all details you have agreed with the seller, your lawyer will write up an offer and contact with the seller's lawyer and/or agent (whoever the lawyer thinks fit)
