请教：关于外省汽车如何上牌的问题？

我的汽车是从东部省份运过来的，上个星期刚刚把驾照换成是AB省的。

These are what I knew.
6 b' p1 V  N1 r4 y( l1) An Alberta driver's license is normally a must have to buy auto insurance in Alberta.
0 t) g. Z* V* e  N2) Auto insurance in Alberta and out of province vehicle inspection certificate are must have to obtain an Alberta vehicle plate.
& u+ a2 `- W4 z1 X/ j+ A, E3) A request form of out of province vehicle inspection, which can be obtained from a registry agent at about $9, has to be presented when the car is brought to an inspection agent.

So I guess the right order is
1) Change the driver's license to Alberta. (you have done it)
2) Get the insurance in Alberta.
3) Inspect your car.
