•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
9 O8 O8 \8 t' G2 x/ \•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
+ w6 h/ j- r3 g. ^3 ?4 E•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
. L4 V+ r  [- K8 d# r•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

) F, n& K" a5 i/ P2 w1 y6 TJob Requirements
•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
6 h6 C  O1 N0 _  P5 B- m5 G9 }/ A•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
