PCwhoop is a computer shop with a well-trained and knowledgeable team to offer professional computer service and repair, sale computer parts, computer accessories and refurbished computers, and customize programmable LED signs as well.  Now a position is available.

•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
0 t1 X/ M6 }) X% j; L•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
$ I( k) S, A2 a/ l& W•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

•        Retail customer service experience.
•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
•        Excellent communication skills in English
•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
•        Strong ability to implement multitask
