) ~6 t$ e( y* T6 h$ g9 Z•        Use professional sales approach to understand customer's needs and offer the complete solution to all their technology needs.
•        Stay current on competitor’s products and pricing.
•        Meet/ exceed company standards on all key performance areas.
•        Answer phones and respond to customer inquires with appropriate information.

Job Requirements
3 ?. ^: r% ^6 j% P2 F* L: T•        Retail customer service experience.
6 T* e0 U( P9 Q•        Knowledge of computers, windows OS and Microsoft office is an asset.
- M* u' }6 a) \•        Excellent communication skills in English
% L: W! o" F& Q6 W3 R•        Experience in cash handling and transaction processing skills.
