2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;

still support the further price increases.
2 N# h7 @6 Z! ]0 u$ t$ _2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
+ ~7 Y* {0 M: \- f. B0 T: l& Z- |3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
