现在还处在小智向大智过渡阶段，不知道两者之间的距离有多远？

& S  ^% c  u' N+ g但是，不骄不燥的性格，对自己的身体有好处。好脾气，有些是天生，但是，先天没有的，也可以通过后天的磨砺，呈现出一种修养。

有些因素是不由自己决定的，能快是一定要快的。怎样增加抗压能力？是一个适应环境的课题。

7 G1 V! E) Y4 W! a谢谢安慰， 我已经不在那儿混了。只是觉的这种人太欠咒，自己是华人，讲着一口纯正的广东话，自己儿子的女朋友家里也是中国大陆来的，艘子也是个大陆人， 在公司却故意每天打电话给她朋友，净讲些大陆不好的事情，新闻，满嘴喷粪的。

有机会，就教训她一下，没有机会就算了。不要把这种人放在心上。在一起工作，可能有些不舒服，现在你可以把她给彻底忘了。

Getting an employment is no so hard, but how to find out a good team  in a proper position is hard now. you know what, a  local diploma plays a very important role on your interview. I found out no one is interesting on my past experience in China, they only notice I graduated from NAIT, what I have done in Canada. Then they provide a range of salary in according to your experience of Canada. Besides, the salary depends on what kind of company you get in.

wage is hign than them, I always work. Calgary, some chinese work in the engineering company and oil and gas company, pay is high, but laid off, find some small company, pay is very low

in calgary first small company , one time interview 2 hours, test, got an offer and half moving fees
now I am working a big company, pay is soso, but the benefit is the better, Now is very slow down
