JOB DESCRIPTION
) k, b# v1 u. ^+ N# Z1 K1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
( @- P$ R$ F" L& L4 ^2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;2 [' G; U6 v" T4 h3 ~1 [+ X3 n7 q
3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
7 y* H+ C* ]$ |; Q4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 9 @% B0 p+ r2 R  [0 H- h* N
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;" F) ]. e! \, z' J( O( k' A
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
! X! ~1 n# |' P4 c7 J. B7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:* M2 N" U( M( B1 T* u
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.6 k) Q, R0 A2 s& E5 }" U
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
2 H5 C) z# \6 e, x•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.$ |  X9 W( m# A4 ?, p0 b
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
