JOB DESCRIPTION
2 F5 u9 h" n! T' X4 U3 \1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; % L" R  v: C7 S, L5 ]: T% u
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
4 B& V* c2 |4 B% S9 T3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
( B5 v. X, G& d5 u8 V4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 8 m: E$ |( b! [% j
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
( t. i) v% A/ \* N( ]' h% [2 ]6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; " o7 {) g9 R' N! w* f
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
6 V, m- G* ~3 G, f( r4 F) R•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
/ n' G) X* _9 a$ w4 y•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.1 ?- M+ _) h% c$ L! k
•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  W  t# N- `% X8 D  n•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
) \$ I6 H: o, G' ]2 N5 a4 v: C  x4 c•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
