1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 2 G. {1 v6 u$ ~  k- i, }9 D
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
1 w, s8 C+ H" X" `3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;. V6 ^7 S8 h3 N* G2 H
4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
3 j1 L% i, Z% S3 D& s5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
9 r1 ]+ Q; ]0 q4 N3 M6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
8 j' Z7 n7 y/ q7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned." q/ v0 z! C2 i0 P4 D

Qualifications:! C3 @8 \5 b* v# p, N
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
9 W- x5 j& n/ k•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
/ x. h3 F! V, J2 v0 A5 x9 F•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
' b6 b, N& T7 n/ `•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
0 n# G& M0 w* A+ e•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
