JOB DESCRIPTION
9 ?4 y5 p5 C6 i# H( b1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; ! ]$ ?9 ~4 A9 H# u2 T$ o) j
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
) b  D! n9 J, [, h8 u3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
% K! a  e+ o+ B! I$ a4 Q4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
/ V4 i1 B: D9 b5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;/ i# W! R3 E. f$ Z) s( n; v. r# d
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
( W* R& k/ E- u% U& Z0 N7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.4 G# L. @* ?0 {6 |3 V

  ^# p1 ?. B4 t6 C5 OQualifications:; Y  z- h( U, |8 k4 z" K& Q2 \
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.
; k# _4 R9 z1 W4 F•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
! R: d: j  c: e' @, ^•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
4 p) t# K) A$ e3 _0 ]•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.' J8 @4 A4 k6 M+ B  p+ l
•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker
