留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
- \6 w7 V( ^2 ^- i请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

) j) p" W' ^5 a1 ]+ V9 x# G& p2. 全cover，住院如果要单人或双人间，要加钱，一晚上才40刀。
3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
- }* z* Z& L. oCan I get the Canada child tax benefit?
+ U( c9 \1 c' FTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
0 ~' L) _" j: x/ y& N+ Kyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
& z1 q* O4 t" h: z; x4 C; u( }( }you must be a resident of Canada; and
# @* U* w" E# l; w. gyou or your spouse or common-law partner must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a protected person, or a temporary resident who has lived in Canada for the previous 18 months, and who has a valid permit in the 19th month.
