留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
1 C+ q6 q- g- z. o7 }) s2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？

3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：
Can I get the Canada child tax benefit?
' t+ S: \# R1 }4 i8 o1 T  oTo be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

0 i% e% h: c! l3 S- kyou must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
  ^5 a2 r$ z2 ]% M4 q2 {you must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
5 |* q/ H% j3 `9 A2 B% P+ Myou must be a resident of Canada; and
