留学生配偶，有open work permit 和 Health care card.
) g" M6 c+ ^9 G5 N请问：1，在加拿大境内怀孕和生孩子过程，需不需要再额外买保险来cover 生产费用？
2，有Health care card可以cover哪些费用？
4 I9 Y) S& e5 D/ q3 C3，留学生配偶怀孕期间和生完孩子后，能得到哪些相应的福利？

7 d! a& g4 l, e7 B3. 牛奶金Canada child tax benefit(跟收入有关)和每个月100的universal child care benefit应该有吧，如果你符合：

$ a' |: V9 s$ |To be eligible, you must meet all the following conditions:

* Q, L! Y' S- p$ h# {you must live with the child, and the child must be under the age of 18;
! @* X& f! V' ?0 R6 n$ o& jyou must be primarily responsible for the care and upbringing of the child;
