1如果我下个月拿到AINP certificate ,能否申请work permit 还是要等到CIC 的supporting letter.
: Q1 V' h6 {5 I/ B$ n6 G3 l9 b2.我的open work permit 6月中旬到期，是现在申请visitors record visa还是study permit
' J! ~/ c! E$ T/ K3 ~3.如果有了visitors record visa还是study permit后，有了cetificate 和supporting letter之后能否申请open work permit 在这期间？
' @6 s7 R: Z( o" X6 V2 d4.等待省提名，一定要有valid  work permit 吗,如果转了学签是否继续受理？

1，我问一个律师，他说要等到Acknowledgement of Receipt Letter from CIC 才可以
4，我申请的是work experience category

用AINP的application number(letter/email confirmation)，申请bridging work permit,这样在等到结果下来之前申请延签就不需要LMO，Bridging work permit 申请递交后，即使现有工签过期，有implied  status,可以继续工作，等到nomination certificate 来。
