今年房子市场很特别，要求做RPR的格外多

我在一家测绘公司工作多年，今年RPR 的需求特别多，每天能接收到几十个order，比2007和2008的需求还要多。多的都忙不过，加急服务都不敢提供，公司也正考虑加价。

等房产专家分析市场和原因。

正在卖房，律师要求我们提供 RPR，但是我们买的时候律师没有提供给我们。所以现在我们可能也需要RPR。我们正在卖的是一个Bare Land Townhouse。

各位房产大师，有没有什么建议？

Are you sure it is bareland condo for your townhouse. Usually townhouses are not bareland condo, you can tell by your condo plan.
Please send me your legal info of your land. such as unit number and plan number. I will let you know if you need one.

I just checked your condo. You are right it is bareland condo, you do need a RPR. Actually it was our company surveyed the condo plan. Please see the price in your message box. thanks

Actually, I checked our computer system. We did RPR for your condo in 2005, if you are at unit 48. It will be an update, the price will be much cheaper.

是非法施工,造成纠纷的增多. RPR 可以看到有哪些变化没有PERMIT.

所以每次购房前,都要求提供RPR, 而不是购房后.
比如:篱笆越界,超高;DECK 超过2尺,未申请PERMIT,水泥路面自荐;
GREENHOUSE 超10 M2. 未申请PERMIT 的车库或CARPOOL.

No RPR is required for your condo

这和交易量没直接关系，要卖房子的人会做这个不管后面到底有没有成交

错！　是律师和银行需要这份文件。普通人根本没有这个知识。房屋交易中的律师需要这份文件来保护当事人的利益，借款的银行要保证自己的利益需要这份文件。至于Realtor，有或者没有，不影响他们list

Realtor会建议卖家尽早办理．
所以这个现象也可以解读为上市房子激增．

还有一种解释就是，各类建筑业务激增，有的公司不愿意做RPR生意了．

You are right on "Some companies do not take RPR any more". It agrees with what we heard of other surveying companies.

It is too busy.

大错特错，再重复一下，这不等同于交易量。
