I have been looking into Windermere.
, N3 @$ [& k% e- e* nMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.+ C: W: F j; ]6 e. X4 J
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
& O" s7 E' r) U- @) UThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.
