I have been looking into Windermere.7 K | |( m& ] L9 q/ w" e
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
5 I7 j+ x5 V+ P: WJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
; j; ]% {& a2 t! ^" @/ yThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.: M2 ?# j$ M0 i4 m1 T) ?; z

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.
