I have been looking into Windermere.: ]( m0 z n3 y- u" Q6 S/ \
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.' z+ }# D$ z) N+ ^

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
e5 \& R/ h+ w {( }8 u5 Q zJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
1 S# D" D g0 g4 d2 W7 h8 IThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

What type of housing you are looking for?
: \$ Z: l# X1 ^3 ]( e. zThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
