I have been looking into Windermere.
. x, L' J3 v1 J- i. ]4 j cMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.% w4 n7 b* S& N& K3 j( j

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
m0 C# v6 v5 G+ I H5 SJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
& @! `/ A1 z2 Y. X1 @1 E6 XThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.2 ^# W0 y* b) L) b7 ?5 H

What type of housing you are looking for?

Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
