I have been looking into Windermere.3 ~! T/ L# B/ ^9 ?+ N% u5 U
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

' F* \- n# s: K3 NAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
! z8 U; t: y l |/ Q, yJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
2 v5 Y4 L K/ @7 g& {! `The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.# { X- I( z& P# n7 I

That area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.6 M9 L* M/ ], G
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.: d, m v+ N+ L* C% Q1 r: ?: t

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One. |
