I have been looking into Windermere.
* {3 b, L9 d" I% [, A5 oMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.
$ G! \6 W3 e4 o9 N% [* o$ b# }4 A4 x8 S7 X7 Q
As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
/ B; M1 K# U0 W) h6 y. pJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.8 Q$ f1 k& m* o9 Q+ g6 k4 @! `
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.: N7 g. }7 B9 |$ _& k

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
) G, j& u/ k- H6 j$ V& c" o; s" qThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.+ E# u! e, l0 t# F4 Z" H
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
