I have been looking into Windermere.
" d* j; Q( Z- G$ d5 WMy personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
! q d% H: c( O0 iJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.& W, T& S. b, W0 ~3 X2 | U4 ?
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.4 L" N+ I( ?2 G8 |- g# r

What type of housing you are looking for?
