不知各位有多少人象我这种情况。考虑到人多力量大，信息途径广等因素。
产生了成立工作互助组想法。

1。首先报名成为会员
2。各会员把简历，期望找到什么工作的关键词提供出来，贴到这里。
3。大家根据每个人的情况，通过各种途径，每周对每个人的工作进行地毯式搜索。
  C4 J. A: |7 ~" X- r4。如果报名人多，就把每个招工网站落实到具体的人头上来进行搜索。
4 Z! K& `  k( U1 s: D8 V5。每次都把每个人的搜索结果转帖给具体人。
  e% ]- f& s! V9 d6 @+ b$ J6。每个通过这种途径找到工作的人，都要在这里把经验写出来给大家分享，并掏出一周的工资请大家解决啖的问题。
7。希望论坛上所有的人，特别是老移民都来帮助、如果看到你们单位需要的简历请帮助推荐提供信息。

本人在国内从事植物检疫工作15年，沈阳农业大学植物保护专业毕业。
7 x  c9 V% _2 L具有以下几种手艺
# z  m# t" A/ q5 n/ Y1。植物病、虫害、杂草调查研究诊断鉴定水平很高。
对于植物的真菌病害、细菌病害、病毒、线虫、和其他害虫均能单独完成鉴定工作，并给与提供防治方法指导防治。对于各种显微镜操作极端熟练，如果是自己做的片子，3分钟以内在镜下就能找到目标，别人做的片子在5分钟之内也能找到目标。
2。对于食用菌的种植，从制种开始一直到生产管理都很内行，但在加拿大销售没什么水平。
# @1 ^8 g5 x( ]; ?3。温室大棚花卉蔬菜种植、管理、病虫害防治水平很高，熟练掌握植物的无土栽培技术，并在加拿大的一家花卉公司干过两年，赚了点酒钱。
4。对于农作物的遗传育种，细胞熔融术，植物的转基因，DNA分析的功夫也练到了6~7成火候。
* U  R; _* E- H在国内的《沈阳农业大学学报》、《辽宁农业科技》、《植物检疫》的专业期刊上发表过文章10余篇
研究成果获过奖，被评过有贡献的中青年农业专家

·        Responsible for researching morphology, identification, detection method and control policy on soybean stem canker disease
·        Develop a new method to propagate and conserve plant viruses, shorten the procedure of propagating and conserving plant viruses in endless long time
# o0 S, T+ K, n# M& ^  R·        Co-operated with the experts of plant immunology institute of Shenyang Agricultural University to investigate the viruses on gladiolus in Shenyang area and determined the virus species by inoculating the indicator hosts, the electronic microscope and serological technology

·        Analyzed the spreading way and infection about the strawberry bud nematode disease

5 y, x: c& z+ d3 B/ V·        Improved the skills of separating plant nematode from many kinds of plant tissue and soil ,compared with Burmman fuenl method, it shorten the separating time form 12-24 hrs to merely 40 minutes
. `& r- j+ m# V& C& d* G·        Found a method to detect plant pathogens from frozen plant products
·        Conduct research into developing Resistant Mechanism of wheat variety "Yuanzhong No.5" and its Mutation line to Stem Rust, which improved the quality of wheat seed and yield
9 R! Y) ]) M! G* U% L·        Selected the research items and designed the experiment plan. Succeeded in plant tissue culture on many kinds of plants in order to get rid off plant viruses
