normally the new house has rough-in outlets for central vacuum. You have to buy a central vacuum and pipe, then install the central vacuum and pipeline yourself. Install the vacuum machine in the garage if you going to buy regular filter vacuum, or install in the basement for fine filter vacuum. You can buy vacuum machine at Costco, better has high speed with lots of suction power.
