Roommate wanted for room near south gate mall.

Located near south gate mall LRT station.

& ]$ r' R/ }) ~8 }3 h/ Y7 H4 ]1 J; oEnvironment is NICE, very clean and very quite. No one smoke in the house. Parking is available.

INCLUDE: all electricity, water and heat. Garbage take out. Washer and dryer free of charge to use. The house is maintained by cleaner.
