We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.* |% e# H: h! L( M

$ |0 h3 m0 ?* D2 z4 M5 OPrimary Responsibilities# Z0 [0 W! o/ h

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
& E0 T& t, F( VWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
- `( S( D2 M' M6 L) p" k$ Z8 oAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
! ^& w. S- x/ k- ~4 IManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
0 l( D2 \+ e2 j1 m$ I0 pOversee file management for all LMIA matters;, z; d* }3 ?  G) K2 _7 N+ J
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;% }9 W/ V& r, @3 O" C4 w
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.5 k" m/ U8 t4 L' x
Conduct all work within established time standards;4 d1 e8 m% X3 S! E
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
4 x; D) R3 H" ^2 A8 x7 m, @: KAbility to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
/ ^3 m' u" l$ ?- d) G! z" n3 l8 \Time management skills are critical;
# ]/ Z: C, d0 O; OAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;, R8 _. {/ V9 }/ @: h4 m! r- ^
Attention to detail and accuracy;
1 X# M: R4 d/ d, f% I9 oStrong organizational and computer skills;: Z# b+ I( C/ g$ c6 V$ c
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
8 Q% D9 b: a2 ?% S, S1 _' [) DComputer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
1 v7 [  s, f6 ?4 G# e5 f  mAbility to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
8 U( ?; |$ A, D& m1 v4 N$ ?Ability to work with minimal supervision;# _9 a9 U2 e. E  ?6 ~
Self-directed and highly motivated; and

2 w$ e: y/ I  ^0 f1 ]( nHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
