We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.6 A( `; Y8 Z9 D9 S$ `1 Y, L

Primary Responsibilities. G: p9 Z& t: ]- y$ h

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments9 _9 s! a0 |8 |. |* O4 I; O& q2 a
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies1 C+ q% @" x) r: m
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
  d# e& R; U# y; zManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;1 L" G6 ]) N# d( _& a: q* l
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
8 l+ |. T% I( B  N' ?4 g( k/ h) NEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ B  {$ a* n" @2 ?# XConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.2 }$ S/ h1 \' K
Conduct all work within established time standards;$ p" ?: f3 p8 O' ?  w
Essential Knowledge and Skills

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;- D! l/ B# ]  }7 m8 \. l& L; c, ^
Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
3 p+ y5 @( @2 h" \7 Z- ~Time management skills are critical;
+ O- o1 m$ g& e- F3 A9 QAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
% B) q+ K; L+ Y2 B3 eAttention to detail and accuracy;
: ]4 i8 \5 }/ {# MStrong organizational and computer skills;
$ e. u! v/ p% ?3 v1 Z$ O! E7 sExcellent verbal and written communication skills;2 G2 {: h' B& M7 s4 E
Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;3 a1 B6 a. R$ h7 \9 p: l3 G
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
) O/ ?0 N2 p9 d7 o+ h. X5 r' NAbility to work with minimal supervision;

9 x5 u- D$ k! u2 SHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;

" N. z$ W0 {; U8 Y! @Must have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
