The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
6 Z5 H. A; X r5 T, M+ e0 W: UWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
9 h# u0 G( |8 k UAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 m4 W/ u- E! a* i/ x( s B3 v+ vManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
1 L9 k4 j( ^7 Q4 ~$ y( Q% Y9 `Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
4 R+ N# k2 X2 G2 eEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
+ X, E' K. o. _3 ZConduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.: {- C/ z' k' r- M
Conduct all work within established time standards;

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Ability to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;0 p- q5 x; W: u% g* K) ]

Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;
