We have an immediate looking for an entry to intermediate level administrative assistant to join our Immigration & Placement Agency.  The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations.  This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

Primary Responsibilities
! k7 J& J0 m- D# T6 M
8 l% m/ [* o- y+ ^/ m9 j! I4 j( i
+ j' r/ Q8 n2 V( `% {Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
3 ?' u, [. Z9 i9 E- GWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies
+ `" @! ?7 D" J" UAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
0 |( x* y/ o0 f# W" IManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
9 U, A1 H4 F7 p" X, I. e4 JOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
; V5 U3 w7 O, H: {9 E0 B# }: cEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;4 ]% ^, C7 w3 O7 M( Z2 h  G
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.; V' n7 q4 q, {" e/ n) `- b
Conduct all work within established time standards;/ q! w1 H& j7 \' X* M+ Q2 C
Essential Knowledge and Skills+ f% P/ @6 K' T+ B% F1 v" H  m' x; P

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
" e  ]2 b! `. L  ?Ability to multi-task high-volume case load and meet aggressive deadlines;
9 D( g8 u* g- r. ^$ fTime management skills are critical;
& P3 ?+ I' q; ^9 bAbility to demonstrate analytically and problem solving skills within a fast-paced environment;
3 z8 L8 _- R6 V; e5 [+ [7 uAttention to detail and accuracy;; `+ `  F  d4 P6 Q6 ~* T$ j: N
Strong organizational and computer skills;
6 Z1 D7 a/ ^1 [* c% w: @Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- S7 S6 r8 A6 q5 z% `5 Q, \Computer proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;2 s+ N$ ~7 R& ]. @8 e- @! A
Ability to locate and research information efficiently, to use it effectively and to evaluate the quality of the information;5 E6 B3 ~( x. H8 f, Z+ X
Ability to work with minimal supervision;3 e/ l4 g( o# q! V; x% Y) `' @
Self-directed and highly motivated; and: d/ E1 m! D# N5 A0 a* {
Ability to communicate responsibly and promote effective working relationships.

Compensation and Benefits% [: y0 `5 _( Y9 P

5 A; N- \  J3 J, }5 QHourly From $15 to $18.00 per hour based on experience;
5 O( _6 e* t  V6 E2 f1 y) ^  Q2 nBenefits package will be offered;
; E) q% P7 u& s* t% M8 |6 oMust have a vehicle, location is not easily accessible by bus;
9 _2 J) G' s0 o: h; r( URecently graduates are welcome to apply.
