The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.

' U9 P" G1 X. r. U5 RCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
[* Y, E1 b/ a$ V- nWrite and post advertising for various job vacancies1 w: Q7 N: H7 Z, L3 c% A
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
- |" B$ F: }- R& B iManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;. `9 U C4 j8 O3 h; \* P
Oversee file management for all LMIA matters;
2 }; G$ j, x5 Y' r0 YEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;
- v* s; [% S$ p: Q0 O [Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.9 I# p# Z- s. G
Conduct all work within established time standards;( B {8 }/ S$ ?9 a! q) a+ A# N1 f2 E
