1. Incline bench press;

+ E8 {! j. K% N# }% ~Both of excercises can use dumbbells or barbells as weights. 8-20 reps for more definition purpose, lighter weights; close to 8 reps for strength training and muscle building, heavier weights.( @9 f1 p3 f# |
- F6 R" q7 ~7 ]" G$ N3.normorly take protein within 30 minutes right after workout, for recover body and muscles rebuild. I don't trust protein shock, since worry about side effect. Personally boiled eggs/ fish are my favor.. p( l$ |$ x$ W H, }
