CAC has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time receptionist to join our team.
Description:
3 o$ Z2 O  u0 `, N1 s! y: v, T-        Answers phone calls and emails on inquiries and work requests.
-        Communicate with suppliers, contractors, co-workers and mangers.
4 r' S" n8 d- J8 P7 o. h-        Coordinate and schedule drivers’ work.
-        Maintain and update documents on receiving and shipping of materials.
" L; `2 z. r4 o! c8 f-        Write cheques, check invoices, and perform simple calculations.
7 s7 ?8 S7 g8 f- M-        Keep office clean and organized.  
* C* Z$ h+ A. D-        Provide friendly and professional services.

7 n  ?! T( ?- l5 o-        Fluent in English and Mandarin.
-        Strong verbal English.
-        Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* [+ T/ Q) j# Y; [1 e; `# l-        Good organization, communication and time management skills.
-        Must have a vehicle to drive to work.
-        Experienced in Scrap IT software will be an asset.
