However this is just my perspective of this, don't argue with me. Several times I asked such question when I encountered with FW officer, I obtained different answers.

Saying "who who who from the edmontonchia said I don't need one" is not good enough, showing the email from ESRD will be more effective.0 N& a) N. g: p
