上周五在 AAA AUTO WHOLESALE LTD 买了一辆车，交了500 定金。我和卖车的都在合同上签了字，balance我下周会支付chq。

这周情况 我可以sue他吗，还是打电话给  AMVIC

我觉得可以launch一个lawsuit. 可是，另一方面，你得惦量一下，打官司也许得花比你想象要多的时间。到时候，即使你打赢官司，你也不想要车了。当然，你肯定值得打，就打下去，并且要坚定地打下去。这也是咱的性格

我没有那么多的时间跟这种人叫真，只要他们全额退定金就远离他们了。在这种小dealer买车，现金一把搞定，当时办手续提车走人，否则就别碰他们。

Such dealer is cheap. They found somebody who is willing to pay a higher price than you. That was the reality.

This also proves you are a very capable negotiator. Get your money and be happy that you don't have to deal with such non-credit-worthy people.
