3。ownership sheet，需要填右半联
4。E TEST AND Safty Certification
/ Z: F( O! k% l/ F( w
9 N$ u/ ^0 i" {( p其中的E TEST 是要重新做的还是在有效期内的就可以？

( w! F, y% _3 ^, oSafty Certification在哪里做，要多少银子？

Safty Certification在精工汽修就可以做，网站VIP会员30块钱。

我也是精工做的安全检查，收25刀（8月份），不过要说是在raymon zhang那儿买保险，是raymon zhang 介绍来的。
不知道现在情况是否有变化。
