Self discipline in following basic trouble shooting techniques is mandatory. Team members routinely rely on each other for assistance if a task is beyond the abilities of a single member. Team members display a high degree of persistence in their effort to solve problems. Team members often find themselves in widely varied roles, including programmer, trouble shooter, researcher, investigator, designer, presenter, teacher and student. We will be imminently moving into modern web-based database front ends, but at the same time, we need someone who can work on outdated products such as Oracle presentation layer technologies.
