The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.& G# S0 q3 L- V* U

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments" K/ A) i1 Y9 o: J
Write and post advertising for various job vacancies5 b8 u) f/ g+ i6 o% }
Advise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
" _' w* Q+ ~; jManage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
0 a/ k* D6 b- J2 h$ d1 E! sOversee file management for all LMIA matters;
5 p% q/ z+ R/ E9 \* n- pEnsure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;+ @* f6 G4 y4 h0 n3 _2 _
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
