The Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the preparation of immigration-related applications for clients of multinational corporations. This role requires excellent multi-tasking skills to coordinate a high volume of cases and an ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients.. l$ ?& ^0 [/ M4 j% L9 Q

( d# S$ }! C; b" G, t9 @5 gCoordinate the preparation of Labour Market Information Assessments
/ w4 N5 f& V7 K. p7 k3 w7 |) |8 y; ~Write and post advertising for various job vacancies
! X( Y5 C, H* z1 VAdvise clients of processing procedures, requirements and timelines
+ G; a9 I( I) V0 z& }Manage the collection of LMIA documents and information requirements, review all collected forms and documents for accuracy and consistency;
* @" |: \8 R) F( K0 KOversee file management for all LMIA matters;, L2 {0 @! Z' e, y
Ensure all relevant data fields are populated and accurate in database;6 R1 W, ~' n# C4 J5 A$ M5 x
Conduct interviews and participate with recruitment efforts for our National clients.
