得先申请Labour market impact assessment. 拿VISITOR VISA的话, 没有那么容易的.

你说的是work permit， 这个是open work permit

What is an open work permit?

  \& l5 y. c; `1 v8 H# t4 CAn open work permit is a work permit that is not job-specific. Because it is not job-specific, you will not need:

6 j' y5 k& i7 uan authorization from Employment and Social Development Canada (known as a Labour Market Impact Assessment, or LMIA), or
( `. D6 l% d: Mproof that an employer has submitted the Offer of Employment form, and
paid the employer compliance fee to Citizenship and Immigration Canada when you apply for your work permit.
