今天小镇停电兼有枪击案， 顺便看了一下新闻， 不是什么好消息。

阿省已经连续9个月领失业金的人数上升， 已经有5万多人领EI了。
再往下读新闻， 对爱城可是不利， 是全省其它地方的失业率都变化不大，唯独省会爱城增长最大， 大有后来者居上， 前浪推后浪的不祥之兆。爱城领失业金人数等了4%， 已达1万7千人。卡城反而平静了些。
Most of the increase in July came from the metropolitan area of Edmonton (up 4.6 per cent), with the number of beneficiaries totalling 17,800, marking a ninth consecutive monthly increase. There was little change in Calgary and a slight increase of 1.6 per cent for the rest of the province.

Most of the increase in July was in British Columbia and Ontario, where the number of beneficiaries rose 3.9 per cent and 3.6 per cent, respectively. The number of people receiving jobless benefits declined by 2.5 per cent in Manitoba and 1.5 per cent in Newfoundland and Labrador.

现在真不知道什么地方是河东， 什么地方是河西了。
8 k" D4 J" j* p1 w/ q前一阵子是卡城失业急升，爱城不怎么动。现在是倒过来， 卡城不怎么动， 爱城反而急升。
' z5 F9 Q$ q6 T& X8 r更有不好的， 是有部分失业的都逃到安省与BC省， 他们加入了那里抢饭碗的行列。
当然， 对于出租车的三哥， 可能是雪上加霜了， 在市府抗议也没用。 如果三哥开出租不赚钱了， 还不回到其它行业竞争？
