Most of the increase in July came from the metropolitan area of Edmonton (up 4.6 per cent), with the number of beneficiaries totalling 17,800, marking a ninth consecutive monthly increase. There was little change in Calgary and a slight increase of 1.6 per cent for the rest of the province.

/ ]: f- ^* Z: S, c: _$ m( I+ Z: M- O更有不好的， 是有部分失业的都逃到安省与BC省， 他们加入了那里抢饭碗的行列。
9 r# u5 a' @. y当然， 对于出租车的三哥， 可能是雪上加霜了， 在市府抗议也没用。 如果三哥开出租不赚钱了， 还不回到其它行业竞争？
