我读了RTA, 根据这段话,

the fixed term, but may agree to an early termination, or an assignment or sublease. A landlord must have reasonable grounds to refuse an assignment or sublease. The RTA prohibits a landlord from charging a fee for giving consent to an assignment or sublease of a residential tenancy agreement.! ]2 O* s3 z3 O+ x$ E6 N# F
If a tenant ends a fixed term tenancy before the termination date, the landlord is entitled to be paid rent from the tenant until the residential tenancy agreement ends. However, the landlord must take reasonable steps to re-rent the unit. If the landlord rents the premises to a new tenant, the old tenant is no longer responsible to pay the rent from the date of the new tenancy.- [! p& z0 _# O* E3 {6 e
如果我继续付房租,没有人有权力能够住着这栋房子里,包括房东。如何任何人住进去了,那就意味房东放弃要我付租金的权力了。
