9 N- Z- w* ?3 }! I/ B• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.2 G6 Q7 @$ v! O+ |9 ^4 d5 Y. {
• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
* u `7 t/ Z9 ~: R• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible
+ v/ H4 Y: m; w: s• Various administrative and order processing duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS:# J/ S0 X- ?+ S- G

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role
" |) D; h: S) D& q5 G0 j• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study. w8 x' h' n$ \$ M1 Z
• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
% Q v; f# l; ^6 h& M; Y, |• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers
