• Answering to the Company Controller, the candidate will assist with invoicing, payables, cash receipts and disbursements, account reconciliation, and G/L entries.
0 }5 m* M* {+ \( Z+ \8 V k" b• Candidate will also be responsible for filing, verifying vendor invoices, and various reporting tasks as required.
3 ?0 j) e. Z& @& g• Candidate will communicate between various departments, including sales, logistics and production to ensure that operations are running as cost-effectively as possible7 x& E& ^3 o+ f3 C7 c$ k E: `

• Minimum 1-year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable/Payable role1 L3 i3 O1 ?0 \8 |* X. O5 r
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in an Accounting or Finance related field of study
a9 \( E3 O4 `1 A( \/ D• Aggressive self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills
, `7 A) w4 r' V3 M' S% S+ ~• Must be highly detail oriented with strong grasp of numbers \# m' z4 f; }0 e4 J1 T
• Strong computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, data entry)
