求解：谁了解这几栋新楼？

突然发现在southgate 附近的 ua 的麦子地对面盖了不少好像是三四层的小楼, 这是往外卖的还是开发商专门用来出租的？原来是个大park, 现在突然冒出这么多楼来，是不是对附近的独立房分房价有不利影响？
