/ ^7 Z% L. ^% KProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.8 b% ?+ d* p" o g; K" Q! {5 J" s

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
; F4 y3 R) Y1 @# I5 F0 m+ W+ F· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
! |$ n4 |8 G; O· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
: w' |/ M% b j- n. M" l· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.' h; i1 N2 ^/ z6 }. w) h0 ^( D
· Manages report database.6 k' K) W1 m; F
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
! ]7 j d5 L9 V: ~% I+ T· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

5 M% S, a y9 P6 {% c' G, D* S' R2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.

6 @1 k, o5 u* s% P& cExcellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
