Job Summary:
: i: u H2 F! gProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.6 w7 E3 ?' M2 i5 |/ N
& }/ S# @( F+ J6 W ( j6 E' O+ {0 s! E: r1 j; M
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
4 U( \% G& e* [( x· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
$ K3 O% S8 X4 J3 a" y" U· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
( ?: Q/ i4 T9 U4 C& q0 I: o' Y) v· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
0 }. E1 n" M( i· Manages report database.
, C" L, S5 _/ R: d3 g· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.

Knowledge and Skills:2 z) `+ q: R2 _* X" y! U u' W# d
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.$ _% d0 ~9 O/ J5 A6 J6 L$ v+ i2 q

Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
