+ s+ K+ Q4 l0 ]% j, b: tProvides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.5 S" \; y: C3 d F. D. y

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ W `0 m6 R1 }) k* H* r A4 |& L· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
% m4 Y) B: t4 ]( F· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
3 h9 |- w: D. Y$ ^· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.4 C6 }7 N+ I/ @" j& m/ ]
· Manages report database.% n# f. } r$ p7 C/ F
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.( @) J6 u! M5 N$ a$ Q6 O
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.6 s: `; O$ Z; D- D
· Provides backup support to other members of the department.

2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.( x& L) c& ^" e* K0 [- O) V. e
7 a# m- ] _8 Y4 D$ [Certificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.3 j& C2 J" X$ {2 o6 h+ L. B) E7 S

Excellent communication, inter-personal and organizational skills and the ability to work in a self directed manner is a must. Must have proven multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing skills with a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. |
