Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ J; n9 m" r' n% N· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.
8 ~$ D. V) N4 ^, i· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness.
x" w5 y" h) b. T+ c7 |· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.+ w, |! n- k% l9 T% M
· Manages report database.- e ~0 |$ l* H8 v# l
· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.
9 A6 r8 U. k4 }& f+ @ M# n1 @· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.
& N6 G8 a7 f( ^/ h· Provides backup support to other members of the department.1 c% V0 S- y2 [: k, \
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary.

Knowledge and Skills:
( ^% Y& k0 Z/ |$ E& X& P: G! M n2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.$ s& q# ~" Z5 X" y; Z! A# u; \
' ^* E* Q5 \, v% x8 y5 F% U% s# zCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
