Provides administrative support to the Asset Inspection department by performing a variety of tasks specific to the NDT testing, reporting function. This involves occasional travel to the job site.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:( h6 c4 Y! G4 x. r4 b$ {
· Coordinates various NDT reporting by performing data entry, compiling reports and surveys, report preparation, distribution and submission.% |2 b) J) D8 M5 G' u
· Reviews field drawings and inspection reports for accuracy and completeness./ _5 U4 h" i2 @/ x, |
· Provides technicians with required reports and assistance with report preparation.
& k2 l7 d, s c% o/ n" G: q· Manages report database.
7 [! x4 T( Y' \1 z3 N) _ S, y· Tracks purchase orders and matches with work orders.8 @# H; j' b+ w6 e
· Organizes and files electronic and hard copy media files.

Knowledge and Skills: b9 w/ X+ a# p# x& y
2 - 3 years of related office experience. Intermediate computer skills and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and email required. Previous data entry experience and familiarity with Microsoft Access an asset.& H. w- b( w8 q( c; z7 g
9 U3 [% v0 Q+ M" r. p' nCertificate or Diploma in Office or Business Administration would be an asset.
