Problem with air condition system

I bought Toyota Sienna 2004 CE model in August 2003. Yesterday I found the heat system does not work (it worked for last winter). The settings I did are: Air Condition--> Off, Air Intake --> off (means taking fresh air), Air Fan: Medium speed, Air Temperture: Warm (red side), Air Flow --> (ground or feet).

What could possible be wrong or need to be checked beside sending it to dealship garage?

不知现在故障是否修好了.
这种情况一般是空调控制面板里的温控电子模块故障,只能找服务站,这种故障的保修期一般随整车.

Thx. It was said the problem is radiator. They are replacing it. We can pick it up today (the new parts are shifted from Vancouver and was delayed yesterday). We will double check to make sure everything works fine.

sure,you should check the anti-freezer in usual days,clean the radiator as season-changing and maintain your car per 5000km-over/by manual.
