• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

; N. a: e( o, ~; [1 [• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.$ S4 J) C; U/ v! j
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
! C7 t( } m) _8 e S1 j7 B• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.# E [, r4 w1 P4 i4 O
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
( q! y. {* a1 N4 b• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
5 T3 p8 C$ w; B) a0 m• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
/ D; \ j- \' g( r8 k• Perform route inspections as required.' j6 v& t# T5 k+ b
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
" {4 H" O- N! C: B, B• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.9 Q2 T8 r2 a- X
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.

Required Skills & Abilities:
+ E1 ]1 C, u7 T# R x) `9 N1 }' H• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
7 F. D+ f/ Q* H/ s; t• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred7 s, |) x1 \0 O% Z" B- v9 w% d
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
3 I" G! ]$ ?3 V5 D1 s$ b1 F! v• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. _! a* \3 M7 w4 V3 p4 p
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal7 X" R$ `" e# _* u6 e. [
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license z4 L9 A) A1 p# n6 }
• Proven customer service and resident relation skills- [0 T& k/ ^; z$ s+ U" a2 T
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required! v' c6 P$ M/ k4 [
• Security clearance required upon offer of employment1 f x0 j0 z. s5 s$ j
• Must possess a sensational customer service philosophy
