• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.) k, P' ~4 B' M C% o

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.1 B( l$ w9 e* B( a% F% E
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
( e' F+ b* M* m. I( b9 K+ p& k• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.9 m* ]5 S% e. w% A+ t
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
, K+ d' Y3 }2 o( f• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
& D6 G+ C: S- D* t* x" E& x- b• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
* n' r* \0 K, Y• Perform route inspections as required.( N: ]+ D" _9 L% ? o0 M O# h
• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).+ p1 `! D! M; L
• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures./ K( D3 A; b& D1 }; |& S/ Y. d
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.6 n ^% ~8 h; ?: u
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.8 @( S6 G5 `' b9 ~+ T: ^4 [8 f

Required Skills & Abilities:5 O! u O U5 c9 {/ v: v. Y N% n
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
3 I( G2 b, o* }, d/ t) l/ n, [ _/ K• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred
, d9 j p: S: D' ^; B# g \• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)- I9 P$ k- |8 L6 y, | C
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Security clearance required upon offer of employment
