Key Responsibilities:

/ Z# C1 N% }+ E+ S- s! o2 j• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
& b8 i9 [$ g& |: m• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
" Q: ~# _9 I* v ]2 T7 J" h$ k7 O• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.: \/ `: v6 v, I c( q5 J. f/ q
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.) L4 y0 F. H6 W
• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
; M# d$ Y! ?# A" o• Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.

• Assist the Property Manager in administrative tasks as required (security deposits, leases).
/ d& ?" m# h; n( ~( N8 D0 q) a! g. Z• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.3 \4 {; @. p2 ~4 T/ C; ]7 _8 M2 Z
• Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation./ c1 a3 Y! f! L0 B9 a/ g
• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:$ q3 t4 M0 M4 j5 ^
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset
/ [- K! y4 s! `3 y& [7 U3 j• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred- e# v l1 V' x5 ^1 p
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook); J& g! n6 S9 h* [! U" z
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills7 i7 t; `1 w% ~
• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal" l& i6 ?7 @3 V" R$ c( t9 Z
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
$ v+ O" j1 W2 _* c2 k7 Q• Proven customer service and resident relation skills

• Highly organized, results oriented and ability to work in a multi-functional team environment
