Key Responsibilities:
) J, T* }) s/ R& B( h. ]5 U+ v; T• Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.

• Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.1 G, I3 A8 a( ^# x
• Process applications for prospective residents – ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.. f3 N; f7 m9 B1 S# @
• Schedule and complete suite/house showings with prospective residents.+ Q! L# M- V' k$ C! j# f. w( F2 u) d
• Enter and set-up guests and new residents in a database.
) J' |1 j# F5 {• Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.

• Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.

• Ensure local, provincial and federal laws and regulations are being observed within the community.

Required Skills & Abilities:/ w' H9 k% T7 O# q4 J
• High school graduate; Post-secondary education is an asset/ D$ i/ q( R1 R' Y' q
• Two years relevant experience in sales, leasing and/or customer service is preferred% Z% p- `( G: c3 N$ j
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook): o9 f! M& ^ e2 {, k& j
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
( a: e1 r2 L4 p• Exceptional communication ability, both written and verbal
4 X* _: |& | H: f8 E7 |• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
& F7 X* a' I: |* v8 w• Proven customer service and resident relation skills. \' B) X9 m& h$ y
• Must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required
