8 c( G) Z2 _" g! cModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
6 E4 y2 p5 O5 e8 J7 N: Y4 p4 }) ASupervise kitchen staff’s activities
+ g8 z. @* q6 ^5 Z* b7 s! \8 E! ZArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
# I; Y& A4 z7 C$ Q* Q! [& S7 H( LRecruit and manage kitchen staff
/ `( o9 q7 L9 I3 q  ]Rectify arising problems or complaints
8 z9 t, W6 N- R& b$ \! VGive prepared plates the “final touch”
! G/ n7 {, m2 u6 F# zPerform administrative duties
+ z5 l- g" S8 n. AComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
What the company will expect from you:

Proven working experience as a head chef
Excellent record of kitchen management
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
