" ^$ K* h1 o0 c. n  i- C$ OModify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
+ t" J9 I7 z! B0 Y/ YEstimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
3 s. \6 _  i8 ?! M( iArrange for equipment purchases and repairs
( M/ x/ _4 c8 j, ?% hRecruit and manage kitchen staff
( k0 F# t( i( K2 H5 Y) L" ~: r$ e9 NRectify arising problems or complaints
+ N( f/ M% Y  H( U: hGive prepared plates the “final touch”
$ s6 t, J" M! X$ P  J8 p* x( bPerform administrative duties
2 h# x: `; u% |4 [. N* e2 sComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
