EPSA周五室内足球/篮球开始报名
首先没有义工教练的支持，我们不可能把周五的足球篮球办下去。这也是我们能始终保持低收费的原因。我们要把喜欢运动的孩子们带入社区的体育活动，让家长们了解足球篮球的社会组织和发展以便更好的为孩子计划未来，帮助已经在社区球队或俱乐部的孩子们加强练习和答疑。
U12/U14篮球致力于帮助我们的孩子走出自己的小世界，发掘孩子的体育天赋，积极参加校队的体育活动，改变我们只会学习和弹钢琴的形象。
随着孩子们的长大，有的教练会跟着孩子升到下一个班。因此我们随时欢迎有足球篮球经验的家长加入我们，目前我们保证每班3到4个教练。足球现在有2名ASA注册的持牌教练。
我们已经正式注册为非盈利组织，我们的教练和组织者都是义工，所以我们的费用一定是最低的，收费都会用在场地和器材上面和用于孩子们身上。具体花费情况我会在教练范围内公布。作为正式注册的非盈利组织我们现在可以接受公司或者个人的捐助，如果大家有这方面的信息请跟我们联系。
2016/2017冬季足球，篮球报名要求如下：填报名表，签好waiver表，电邮给EPSAinformation@gmail.com, 10月 7号第一次活动时交费用。活动会持续整个冬天一直到4月底，每班会有20次活动。
U12/U14篮球班，U10足球班，U8, U6足球班，请在表上注明报哪个。收费为足球$60，篮球$80
1. U12/U14篮球会在周五晚8点到9点，参考年龄10到13岁
2. U10 足球       会在周五晚7点到8点半，参考年龄8到10岁
3. U8 足球          会在周五晚7点到8点半，参考年龄7到8岁
4. U6 足球          会在周五晚7点到8点半，参考年龄5到6岁
义工支票$50, 会在大家参加完我们春季4月8号的bottle drive之后还给大家。
具体活动的时间表，我会在第一次活动时发给大家

U8/U6 Soccer: Greenfield School Gym
U10 Soccer: DS Mackenzie School Gym
U12/U14 Basketball: McKee School and the other SW school Gym.

First and always, special thanks for coaches who have been consistently showing up to our soccer and basketball program. Thanks for your volunteer time and great efforts. Without our volunteer coaches, our programs will not survive. That is how we could keep our fee sooo …low.
Our purpose is to start kids in a few common sports, explore the roadmap for soccer and basketball, and provide additional practice to current community soccer players and club soccer player. We always have high level players in our team, if your kids want, they can chat about the roadmap of soccer and basketball.
Basketball is togGet your kids into the school basketball team, and we could help him/her be prepared for the tryout.
For registration, please fill in our registration form as well as the waiver form on the same page with your signature.
We will have 4 teams for our 2016/2017 indoor season with qualified coaches: U12/14 basketball team, U10 soccer team U8 Soccer team and U6 soccer team.
The indoor season will start from Oct 7 this year until the end of April. Each program will have 20 Fridays booked. Please see schedule for details.
For soccer program, Fee: $ 60, Basketball program $80, Volunteer* deposit: $50 post dated Jun 1, 2016,
1. U12/14 basketball team from 8pm to 9:00pm, Reference age: 10 to 13
2. U10 soccer from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Reference age: 8 to 10
3. U8 soccer from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Reference Age: 7 to 8
4. U6 soccer from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Reference Age: 5 to 6
*Volunteer will be one day bottle drive on April 8 2017. Your deposit check will be returned at the end of the Bottle Drive day.
Please email your completed registration form to EPSAinformation@gmail.com, we will accept the payment on the first day of the program. Spots are limited to ensure the quality of training due to limited coach resources, and it is first comes first serve.
P.S. As the kid grows up, our coaches will move up with their kids. We are consistently looking for skilled parents to step out and be the new coach. Even we have enough coaches at the moment; we could still have you as our backups.

谢谢楼主分享。想报名，填完表了，发现自己没有扫描。10月7号直接去现场把表格和钱交了也是可以的吗？
