Job Duties

-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
' t$ e* |7 @8 B1 `$ ~' ^8 s-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
: x6 i- S% R* p1 }# I3 B-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
* b4 u. I% x- H$ ?" w% {, u. S% m-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
! X4 @+ S% s- k1 U. e3 t% v: m& Y-Provide administrative support to management and other staff
