Job Duties

5 z8 k4 A6 ~( P$ W; L-Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems;
-Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer;
-Use computer word processing, spreadsheet, and database software;
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer;
-Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages;
-Data entry and upkeep of the company’s databases, ensure a high level of accuracy;
-Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mails, and packages;
# I( K: q" V" H" O-Provide administrative support to management and other staff

-Have vaild driver's license with good record
