A couple weeks ago I broke the news of sexually graphic material being linked to from the GSA Network website, which is organized by the Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services (iSMSS) and funded and recommended by the Alberta government for schoolchildren. If you missed the article, you can read it HERE.  Please consider contacting your MLA and school board trustee to voice your concerns about the continued involvement of these same individuals in our K-12 education system. You can also show your support by signing my petition.

Until recently I never held a membership in any political party, but being on the front lines of education issues in Alberta has convinced me that I need to become more engaged in the grassroots political process beyond just voting on election day. The federal Conservative party is having a Leadership race and for only $15 you can become a member of that party and have a say in who the next leader is (who could potentially be our next Prime Minister).

2 b% p  H9 J: ?( o$ J) ?# }At least two of the candidates have strong pro-family platforms (Brad Trost and Andrew Scheer).  There are only 3 days left (March 28) to buy a membership so you can get a mailed ballot and gain more of a voice in our political sphere. Doug Sharpe from Canada Family Action says it better than I ever could J WATCH HIS VIDEO and consider getting involved.
